Sudden mindcrack crashing.

I dont exactly know the problem, I just join my server, play for like a minute, and then BOOM sudden freezes and then screen goes black! Help me! I dont know what is happening. =(

FTB Launcher version (if this isn't the newest update update and try again): 1.2.2
Minecraft Version: 1.4.6
Java version: 6
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: I play for about 30 seconds IN GAME, then I start getting sudden freezes over and over, about 3 then the last freeze and then the screen goes black! I have no crash reports or anything!
Error logs: none.

I am also using the Mindcrack pack and I have a mac (OS X versionn 10.6.8)
I have no idea why but I'll set up a world and while it's "building" the error log says that my world has "leaked" and i get an "internal storage error," and then I have to force quit FTB to regain control of my laptop.
Someone please help!!!
