I used the filler a few days ago to flatten some land and it worked great. I used it again today and the energy from my TE Redstone Energy Cell is draining but nothing is happening. I was also wondering if anyone has used the Builder yet in the Mindcrack Pack.

As far as I know, the builder is still really, really broken. If you value your worlds, don't use it.
As to the filler, it's an older style machine that hasn't been updated much as well, so it will pull power whether it has a proper pattern or not.
However...knowing FTB...Was you filler operating near a wrath-lamp?

No, I haven't created Wrath Lamps yet. I had the Flatten Pattern going. Worked great the first time I used it and I haven't done anything different.
Yup, I marked it and once I placed the Filler the markers dropped as they should. Do you think the direction it faces has something to do with it? I know some directions cause issues sometimes with even vanilla items.
if your BC has been updates, the filler will no longer break/place saplings. loading on up with saplings will just confuse it.
Filler wont destroy anything besides the tall grass. So you must remove flowers of any type, as well as soem extrabiomes stuff (leaf pile) by hand to get it filled.
