Unix Stuck direction and computer shutdown

I'm having this bug in minecraft (vanilla and FTB) where Steve keeps walking in one direction, as if a key was blocked in my keyboard, but my keybord is just fine.

On vanilla this issue is solved just by clicking the correspondig key on the keyboard. But on FTB this bug goes on for a few seconds then the computer shuts down.

It's not a heat issue, i've checked that. And it can happen when i've been playing for 10min to several hours.

I'm playing on Linux, ftb launcher 1.2.2 and with open jdk java 7.

Do you have any ideas about why is this happening ?

Hi,
It tooks some time to make the game shutdown the computer again.
But since the computer just instantly shut down there is no logfile at all.

Start FTB
Turn the console to debug
After the computer restart, go into your FTB folder
Upload the ForgeModLoader-client-0 log to pastebin.
