Strange world leak isue

Details of the issue:
I'm having the wold leak issue that has been described many times but it seems this is only the case when launching the MC server with a batch file. Launching the server manually by double clicking on the .jar file and the server loads just fine , when loading it from a batch file, it hangs on unloading dimension 1 with leak references in the log file.

Just wondering if anyone knows why this might be the case?
