Yes, but just to change block ids. I haven't changed any item ids, so I don't think that's what could be causing this.

Best I can say is report it to Mithion on his MCF post.
I haven't seen this, or experienced it myself, so I really have no clue what could have caused it.
Maybe one of the ID changes effected the recipes, but that seems very unlikely.

Definitely quite strange. I'll let you know if I find out what it is. I know that if the ids aren't the same as the server recipes can change. Maybe something changed in 1.3 to cause this.
Apparently there was a new version and the OP wasn't changed. Maybe installing it will fix the problem. I'm also going to try deleting my config. I may have changed something in there and then forgotten about it.

It worked wonderfully. Probably should have done that before posting a thread, but at least now people will know what's up if they have the same problem.
