Strange lines in console

i recently moved my server from one host to another
and now in the background i keep getting this message

all those info messages spamming the backside, dont know where they came from
wasnt there before but after the move its suddenly there. Anyone have a idea
where it might be comming from? servers stable and not laggy atleast nothing
we can feel.

I think its a bandwidth error.. but im not sure :/
