Strange Black Areas

Any idea how to fix this? I've tried to post the crash report to pastebin but its too big.

My guess is that's the result of a biome ID conflict between Thaumic Horizons and BoP or something. The simplest way to fix it would probably be to remove Thaumic Horizons and delete the chunks with the Pocket Plane biome using a tool like MCEdit, so they'll regenerate normally the next time you go there.
