John doesn't notice until it starts to add up. May goes back to the gym again in two weeks, and burns off all the fat almost instantly.

John decides to take on terrorism as a hobby. He goes out on his first shooting and kills half a dozen people. The cops find out and he is sent to Guanatanamo Bay for life where US officials beat him every day.

(insert joke about the NSA here)
John still has the butterfly knife, and ninjas the officials with it. He climbs along the walls, and silently takes out the entire jail, freeing all of the prisoners. He breaks into a weapons depot and arms all of the prisoners as well. John and May escape to Australia temporarily, and continue with their relationship in peace. They now have lots of experience with each other and get to know each other incredibly well.

May jumps off a bridge to commit suicide, but while falling she realizes she doesn't want to die anymore. She lands on a toothbrush fortunately. She decides that this toothbrush is the love of her life and hires an assassin to kill John. Also, John finds out and runs away to North Korea were he gets kidnapped is sold at a pet store.

Try turning that into something positive :p.

John kills the owner with another butterfly knife, hijacks a jet plane to get back to the US, and burns May's toothbrush. She realizes that she went slightly insane and calls off the assassin, and falls in love with John again.

They try to start a family, but the 1-week old child is accidentally left on the street and gets run over by a car. John doesn't care that much, but May is unable to coop with it, and breaks down whenever John mentions it. She feels like she can't trust John anymore.

May and John decide to put their violent days behind them, and go hang-gliding in brazil. Some of their friends find it odd how they almost exclusively hang out with each-other though, and begin some rumors.

May doesn't know that he's pregnant, and she starts to get a bit put off by John, having gained so much weight. She thinks he's started eating humans again. Two months later, he has a baby, but it gets shot instantly. May almost has a heart attack, but John still doesn't really care. Afterwards, May knows why he gained so much weight and knows that he hasn't been eating humans again.

The rumors start to build up, but they all boil down to May and John having a relationship, so it doesn't effect them too much. Their relationship strengthens, and they know each other incredibly well now.

The yogurt was drugged to make John feel over-aggressive towards May. The two break up, and John tries to kill may multiple times. After a day, the effect wears off and he realizes that he tried to kill May. The two come together again, but May doesn't let her guard down for a while.
