So here I'll be posting videos from my SMP Direwolf20 server. Currently running the FTB public beta 1.0.19 of the Direwolf20 pack.
This series is really three sorts of video all mixed into the one series. A little bit of "howto", plus a bit of playtime (Lets Play), and the odd showcase video.

Now that I have a portal to the Deep Dark, I can go and mine! Before I do, I'll need to sort out my storage and have a bit of a cleanup to better handle the incoming material.

So episode 7 is up! I've redone this forum post a bit also.

Episode 7 is all about construction foam. How to make it, how to use it.
Theres also a tiny sneak peek at the nuclear reactor, which is now in a bit of a testing phase. Currently outputting 880EU/t, but there are still a few bugs to iron out.

Finally the first look at nuclear...

At the moment its 420EU/t, but a stable build. Not the most efficient, but has all the safety features you could want, with a reasonable power output. High temperature cutoff, shutdown on MFSU full, and a manual override. Fully controlled by a rednet controller.
While I have a design for a much higher EU output, this requires either a lot of lapis, or some sort of recirculating cooling mechanism. I originally opted for the lapis one, as there is a better path to automate the entire thing. It does require a large steady stream of lapis, however, so until that problem is solved, this smaller reactor will have to do.

So I've noticed a couple of my items in storage stockpile are getting low in number. I've never been to the Deep Dark before, so now is the time! I have a sigil activation, and crafting of some unstable ingots. How many attempts will it take me?

Now that we have a portal to the deep dark, we can go mine there!
Before we start quarrying though, I need to clean up my storage and organise it a bit better.
