StoneBlock VoiceOver?

Hello.

A couple of days ago something very strange happend in my StoneBlock world.
After a couple of hours of play a Voiceover, telling me out load what block I'm looking at.

I looked all over in the settings, put every volume control I found to 0, but it's still there. And while only a little bit, the range is longer then the Waila tooltip.

Anyone who has faced this problem, any way I can get rid of it? Because I can't play with any volume like this, it's way too annoying to listen to.
Is this even a minecraft/StoneBlock thing?

I have not had this happen, but as I am currently playing Stoneblock, if you can give me more details as to who, what, where, when, I will be glad to see if I can replicate it.

I myself don't know what happened.
I was just playing like normal that day. I was looking at some things on youtube, with a pause every now and then to work on some stuff in the pack. as I had my headset on I had the master volume at 0 the whole time. And as said it was after around 3-4, maybe 5 hours of play that I suddenly heard "STONE" when I did my check on the game. And is hasn't gone away since.

Every. Single. Block. Does this, all my machines, EVERYTHING get read to me in one of the worst synth voices I've ever heard.

I know what you're referring to. There is a narrator feature in minecraft somewhere. I remember it narrating every RFTools screen to me from a public server. I found it in the settings somewhere. Sorry I can't be more help than that though.

Ahh, so an accessibility feature in the options somewhere? That'd make sense. Try the audio options.

And definitely do not take my earlier advice

ok. I found the narrator option (it was in chatt settings for some reason) but not only was it already of, no matter how I set it it won't go away! but as the narrator says what option is currently selected I did at least confirm that it was the minecraf narrator that has been bugging me all this time
