StoneBlock Update 1.0.33 is SLOW

I had a game on my 2012 MacBook Pro (500 GB SSD, 8GB of RAM) of StoneBlock that I wanted to get back to. I noticed it had an update so I ran that, it basically told me I needed to start a new world, so I gave that a shot and StoneBlock is now running REALLY SLOW. (It ran fine before, I was working on I think a Mob Farm.) Did the new update raise the system requirements that much? I'm running it off the Twitch launcher. Is there a random file somewhere I need to delete?

You need about 8gb assigned to stoneblock itself and that is all your pc has. That is true of any 1.10+ pack.

That is true of any 1.10+ pack.

Not really, most 1.10+ packs needs 4-6gb - then there are a couple of the latest 1.12-packs that needs around 6-8gb allocated - stoneblock 2 is one of them
