So I updated my StoneBlock pack and deleted my old pack not knowing what would happen, I loaded up the new update and I had no world. Anything I can do?

So there might be a backup. Go to the pack in Twitch and use the menu in the upper right to open the pack folder. You should be in ....\curse\instances\stoneblock. Go back a couple of folders to curse. In the curse folder there should be once called backups. See if stoneblock is there. If so look for the saves folder under stoneblock. If that folder isn't there I'm afraid you may be out of luck.

If you deleted the entire instance folder of the previous version, the files are unfortunately probably gone. AFAIK, the world backup files are stored within the instance folder. If you didn't shift-delete, check the trashcan.

Depending on where your world was saved, it might be possible to revert the parent folder to an older version: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/17119/windows-7-recover-lost-deleted-files

If you didn't actually deleted the folder on disk, it may be that you selected to install the updated version as "new instance" in Twitch. Then the world should be on disk in the folder of the previous instance.

There is another backup folder under curse\backup. However, this one is only used when updating or deleting a pack. So it is a maybe and even if it does have his save in it, it would be an old save from when the last update to the pack was made prior to him deleting the instance. But there is an option when you delete an instance in curse to also delete the backups. So if he checked that box, it would be gone as well.
