Problem StoneBlock crash on Mod Launch

Launcher - FTBApp

Modpack - FTB presents Stoneblock 2 v1.21.1

Issue - Modpack crashes on startup without fail. Deleting the modpack and reinstalling didn't help. Deleting and reinstalling the entire FTBApp didn't help either. When the error occurs during initial mod loading, it says the error is 'unknown'.
