Stoneblock 2 ProjectE Recipes not working with empowerer v1.20

The recipes in this version 1.20 do not work in the empower on our multiplayer server. Only the recipes that are in the actually additions book work. When you try and place the double compressed cobblestone it places it as a block instead of in the empowerer. Leaving us unable to continue the quest line for projectE.

as you can see instead of floating on the pedestal it places the block above it.

Yes everything is powered. Posted a short video showing the recipes and the fact everything is powered. Tested in single player and it works fine so it is something with the server files. I have looked through the configs but did not find anything.

Is the server a normal server or have plugins been added, anything changed server side?

I just downloaded the server installer, started up a new fresh server and I had no issues with the setup.

So the conclusion is safe to be made that it's server side.

hmm interesting. I'll contact the server host must be an issue with how it's installed then. Nothing has been modified by me. I don't know why they would change anything.

I know this is an old post...and modpack, but ot is one of my favourites and thought Id run through it again. Was there a solution to this issue? ive just come across it myself in a single player game. Ill check to make sure I have the latest version, Pretty sure do.
