i just started stoneblock 2 and about every 10-15 seconds, my game drops to 0 fps or freezes. I am not sure why. Can anyone help?

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Try allocating more ram, start with 6gb and if that still causes issues, try out 8gb. Normally 4-6gb is enough, but depending on cpu/ram/disk I've seen a few cases of 8gb being needed for Stoneblock2.
