Stone Slab Blocks

So I've got a third party FTB pack going, and I've just started the world for our server, and I've noticed something missing... stone slab blocks. There are two types, the cubish one, and the one that just looks like two stone slabs on top of each other. These two blocks are missing in the NEI. The cubish one DOES have a recipe (two stone slabs next to each other), but you can't spawn it in creative. The other one (looks like two slabs on top of each other) doesn't even have a recipe anymore! Did they take this out of Minecraft after 1.6.4? I don't see anything in the updates section for slabs on the Minecraft wiki.

Is there anyway to fix this? The blocks are obviously still in the game, can I still somehow reference these IDs with some mod so I can have recipes for these two blocks again, and be able to spawn them in creative?

Maybe they were taken out by the pack maker? These individuals have a nasty habit of doing that sometimes, I notice. Where you can find the item in NEI but not the recipe for it.

Oh I'm the pack maker actually. I'm the one setting everything up, which is why I find it odd that a Vanilla item is in 1.6 but not 1.7.
Also, the item isn't even in the NEI! There is a recipe, but no NEI listing, which itself is extremely odd. The other type of block doesn't have a recipe OR an NEI listing.

LOL. Well, then I guess you can't blame a pack maker for it.

Maybe it was one of the double slabs that got removed in version update for vanilla then? Think either Zisteau (think it was in his new LP) or BDubs (could be him in one of his building videos) was mentioning how one of the double slabs he liked the looks of had been removed from vanilla. Maybe that's the one?
