Steve's Factory Manager - Moving the block?

Is there a way to move the factory block without losing the program on it? I have tried wrenching it and using the dolly on it and neither works on this block. Breaking it clears the program.

is their a way to rearrange the cable blocks without breaking the programs?

I think the cables can be moved as long as the inventories stay in the same place. As for the main control block, have you tried teleposers from Blood Magic? May not completely work in that it seems to identify inventories by both cables away and blocks away from the controller
