Steve's Carts Tree Farm overwrites tubes

I have a barrel diagonally next to a tree in a Steve's Carts tree farm, and when the tree grows, the leaves delete the Pneumatic Tube that goes into the top of the barrel. This doesn't happen when I grow a tree normally. So beware: trees grown by Steve's Carts may destroy your stuff. Or... maybe it's the Deployer that's deploying Bonemeal doing it? I can't make one do that in a test world though.

In buidcraft, trees destroy pipes so it should happen with redpower tubes too.Not sure, thought

I've noticed a tree is destroying just one block out of my wall next to a Steves' carts farm, on Mindcrack 8.2.0
But not sure why, because i thought the saplings were the same as vanilla, just put in place by the cart

I know that the farm gives you more saplins that it sould, so the saplings must be difrent

Maybe, I experienced this issue months ago, in the 1st version of the mindcrack pack
