Steve Cart Not Replanting Saplings??

Hi

I have had a steve cart for a long time using it for a tree farm (oak).

Suddenly it stopped working, refusing to replant saplings.

I am playing on: FTB Unleashed + Gregtech + Hard Mode 1.5.2

I have claimed the area the cart is placed in.
The cart have 89% health on the woodcutter
Modules i used on the cart are: Standard Hull, Solar engine, coal engine, 3x internal storage, basic wood cutter.
The cart HAVE worked for a long time!! Now it stoped working.

I have done these commands in my claim area.

/trust [buildcraft]
/trust [[buildcraft]]
/trust [minecraft]

The track is placed next to dirt.
The saplings i am using are ID:6 oak sapling.
I have cargo manager in the system, it used to work. Now it does not!

What can be wrong?

well, seeing as you are claiming the area, I'm guessing you're on a server.
and since you're not mentioning changing any mods or configs yourself, then maybe someone changed something on the server side?

That is possible. Cant figure out anything else i can do by myself.
Hopefully i can get an hold of the server admins and ask.

I also tried to remove my claim and replace the cart and replace track.
I also created a new cart. But nothing helped.
Setup the new claim again and nothing changed.
