Steel only from Railcrafts Blast Furnace

Hey Guys,

i use most of the Mods from FTB including Gregtech, Universal Electricity etc.

To get the game a little bit more difficult i want to know if there is any configuration that i can make steel ingots only with the Railcraft Blastfurnace.

Making Steel Ingots with Iron and Coal around is a little bit to easy for me.

Is there a Config?
