steel leaf items

Players in my server seem to error out every time steel leaf tools or gear is crafted.
After re logging the materials are gone, but no crafted item.

FTB Ultimate 1.4.7
Error:[WARNING] Failed to handle packet for Myobi/85.240.4.22: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 945

Did search around for a soltuion but fail'd to find anything, any suggestions?
