36 Hp boiler used to produce 720 mb/t of team, while turbine only consumes about 300 mb/t, so 1 boiler should be able to feed 2 turbines.

but what i'm saying is based on the knowledge of FTB Ultimate pack, so it very well may be either outdated or irrelevant to the mod pack you're using.

by the way, why do you bother with steam turbine when you have power converters?.. tee hee

I have steam turbines in my FTB Ultimate world, you need to feed it two liquiducts of steam (in redstone extraction mode at the boiler) to reach 100%.
A 36HP boiler will feed two steam turbines at 100% efficiency with steam to spare, so you should have no problem when using multiple liquiducts to feed the turbine.
As far as I know, it hasn't been nerfed in later versions.

Screenshot showing the correct setup you need to get 100%:

i have tried to use fluiduct 9 attached on boiler and 2 on turbine

Have you used a crescent wrench to right click the liquiduct connection at the steam boiler?
The liquiducts won't transfer much steam unless you right click with a crescent wrench (where the liquiduct attaches to the steam boiler), and then apply a redstone signal to get the liquiducts pumping steam at maximum capacity.
If you haven't then that's most likely your problem, otherwise your turbines won't get anywhere near enough steam.

EDIT: Make sure to use LIDUIDUCTS, not fluiducts!

i did use the crescent wrench and redstone and there is nothing called liquiduct only fluiduct....
Fluiduct and liquiduct is the same according to wiki

8 fluiduct connections on each boiler(7 if set to extract and you power them with redstone) and 4 connections to each turbine will allow all the steam to come thru. Or just 4 faces of a turbine touching 4 faces of a boiler like the top one, move the bottom one up one block to allow full steam. You can add another 2 turbines btw

That being said this isn't ur problem, power converters can only accept a certain amount of EU, if both ur turbines are at 50% you need a higher tier EU consumer. The one you have is maxed out and limiting the turbines

Dear santa, for christmas I would like a pack that has both TE2 AND TE3 in at the same time. ;)

ikr but they have both in the Ultimate modpack, and I've confused the damn things a lot as well. Redpower also has 'fluid pipes' which doesn't help much.
And they removed the liquiducts? I liked them.

Liquiducts were renamed to Fluiducts in TE3. They are pretty much identical in each and every way, save for 'opaque' and 'transparent' versions of them, as well as increased abilities when used with Pneumatic Servos.

Yeah, Kinglemming likes to see us screw up with NEI so he changed any reference from liquid to fluid. :p
