How many steam dynamos can 1 full steam boiler power? (3x4x3) being powered by charcoal.

How about if I am also running 1 steam turbine? so 1 HP boiler to 18 steam engines will work and 1 HP to 1 steam turbine but how many steam engines can it take?

It can handle 10 dynamos alongside the turbine.
