State Cell crashing

Happens when I shift right click it and then try to change the time
Using DW20 pack

Crash report was to large to copy and past

Do NOT rightclick redpower logic gates with a block in your hand. Every block i tried crashed the game. Some items seem to open the gui, some just don't do anything but none of them crash the game so either open it with a sword/pickaxe etc. or with your hand.
