Hello i was searching starter guides for FTB Mindcrack, But there was nothing pretty useful.. someone may have a tutorial,a video some info,please?

There are lots of ways to start.
The easiest way to start would be with Thermal Expansion. You don't have AE, so this is your only early game option. Craft the pulverizer and a hobbyist's steam engine. Apply the steam engine to the pulverizer and I am sure you know how to produce power with this engine. Then you can start doubling ore output.
