Stable MystCraft World Recipes?

I have read the tutorials. I and I have tried to make worlds. But all are unstable. Is there a place or a site or link. Where I can see. Successful recipes to try out. Or even just one successful recipe to build upon. On I have a good set of pages. than I can experiment one at a time and change pages little by little. Until I get the jest of Mystcraft.

I know I can do this. But for some reason I cannot seem to generate any kind of stable world.

Maybe a Mystcraft for dummies or something?
