Somewhere over the rainbow.
Bad things happen sometimes, my OCZ Vertex IV SSD just decided to die today, now don't worry I'm smart enough usually since I'm a computer technician I know not to store important files on SSD drives especially OCZ Vertex ones (long story short this one is actually a RMA replacement that I got from a friend that couldn't wait and didn't want to pay for shipping) their bad reputation is clearly evident I actually helped 3 of my customers send RMA OCZ drives to the OCZ repair shop.

But back to my problem, I really enjoyed the SSD speed on my machine especially at loading Windows (12 seconds and I was on my desktop) and games like FTB packs, but I have not too much money to replace it at the moment and I could spend around 80$ on a replacement unit actually (my OCZ was a 256GB unit but I don't need so much space a 64GB unit would be enough) all I care is if it can hold Windows and a bunch of programs, a few games and FTB I'll be alright since all the rest of my files are spread on multiple drives (actually 4 drives at the moment) Now I know there's a catch on theses drive and its the write speed that is usually the bottleneck, what would you recommend to me that I could pick up later today at this place http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?cPath=179_1229&bsort=0&brand=0&price=1&location=LAVAL Now I know I could probably have a better price on Internet somewhere, but I want to be able to grab it quickly and I usually shop there for my stuff, its like my candy store, I have my eyes on this one : http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=179_1229_1088&item_id=047466
But I see this one http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=179_1229_1088&item_id=068531 that only can write at 140mb/s at 69,99$ but is 128GB size, wonder if the write speed would really change something since I play on server and the server is at my brother house also on a Adata SSD.

Thanks to anyone that can shed some lights on this tonight, I'm 33 yrs old and already spent 17 yrs fixing computers so I know a lot about this, but sometimes I'm not up to date and could use some help especially on hardware products...

Never heard of that brand of SSD (maybe Canada is different). I try to keep with known (good) brands for my hardware.

But for $80 your not going to get a very big SSD, and if you want to try and cram windows+apps+games onto that drive.. its going to be VERY tight. the windows folder my current PC is 29GB which is nearly half of your 64GB drive.

IMO your better off with something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148693

or save your $$ for a while and get one of these:
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=179_1229_1088&item_id=055640
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=179_1229_1088&item_id=062498

Im actually using the Kingston drive on my work PC, and after 1 year of use its still going strong.

As with most electronics, you will (usually) get what you pay for. Cheap price == cheap quality which gives major grief down the road.

Thanks, OCZ accepted my RMA, I'll send them the drive on monday, will get a replacement drive and make sure to never trust it for other stuff than my OS and MultiMC folder and I'll program regular backups to be safe (it was supposed to be done, but I was too lazy to program them)
