Problem Springpopulate is perma crashing my server.

For 3 days now I have not been able to get my server up, it crashes as soon as anyone logs in.

Super frustrating!

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not a server-guy, but maybe reset the whole thing? There could be a super chunk error in which ALL the chunks people are in are messed up. Maybe if the whole server was at spawn and something happened. Or maybe I'm completely wrong and you shouldn't listen to me

Springs (aka water spring) is a new thing in buildcraft, I don't know if there is a config option for this, but if there is try disabling it. Also try reporting this on buildcraft's website.
