Sphax purepdcraft 128x does not work with Unleashed :(

Greetings again.
Today I got my computer components and built my computer. Proplem is: Sphax purepdcraft doesn`t work with my Feed The Beast Unleashed. I`ve installed optifine Ultra 1.5.2 correctly and I`ve put FTB Unleashed patches to Purepdcraft 128x 1.5.2.
When I try to change the texturepack from minecraft it freezes minecraft for a little time but FTB console shows everything like "animation found" things and stuff like that. But after a little time minecraft works again but it doesn`t change texturepack. It just continues with the Default texture! I do not get any error messages during/after this freezing, it just continues.
Also, how can i fix little lag spikes from my FTB? Minecraft says that i get something like 117+ fps but theres little lag spikes.

Use Vsync.
Minecraft should not get 117+ FPS. Your monitor probably can't display more than 60FPS. Why would you even need more?
Movies have ~24 FPS. Most humans can't see differences above 25FPS. Newest movies have 32FPS, but that's useless. No need for 117+ FPS...

I dont need 117 fps but it makes rnadom ½ second lagspikes. But i fixed this already. I changes to optifine standard instead of ultra. But texturepack still does not work. Googling it...

EDIT: I got the texturepck to work by removing optifine
