Well, if you just want to transfer bees between worlds, then put them into beekeepers backpack(s), save your items in NEI and load it in your other world (you can use some NBT editor, but NEI should be faster).
I know, but next time when I am testing with bee products, I don't want to spend all my time searching through the database.
