It would break the game otherwise. If it'll make everyone feel better, I'll give people alternate win conditions if their main one is no longer achievable.

If the list was long enough, even things like "betray a fellow neuter" would be ok public. It would be up to peeps to convince their fellows that they don't have that condition.

The problem is that it can be anything, and people can't make educated decisions about neutrals until the game is already over and it doesn't matter anymore.
