Spamming Update pack message on edited packs.

So the title pretty much explains it.

The annoyance is this. if you edit a pack such as the ultimate to remove gregtech.. or some thing or even add something
every time you launch the game the launcher asks you to update the pack to "FIX" the edits you have done..
Is there some way to make the pack is updated check take into account the edits the user has made? to avoid this gdam spam :(

Follow this guide exactly to install the launcher the recommended way. After that if you still get these requests to update please post your console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here. This guide should help with the log. You should also make sure that if you are not using the recommended version of the pack you select it from the drop down menu so that it will not ask you to update your older version.

The proper way to edit modpacks is by disabling mods through the launcher, not by going into the folder and deleting the mod.

that is how I had done it.. i think that is clear from my First post seeing as I said it should take that list into account.
