Sorting Machine + Barrels

I'm having issues with my sorting machine.... everything works fine until there are 64 items that it sorts... it gets plugged up after 64... Barrels are supposed to hold 64x64, so I'm wondering why it won't allow more than one stack via sorting machine and pneumatic tubing. I can manually add more, but the sorter won't keep adding past 64.

Items need to be fed in from the top when using pneumatic tubes.

Need to fill barrels from the top, pull from the bottom. If you insert from the bottom they stop at one stack, like you are seeing.

Fill them from a router. You can tell a router which side to fill things from.

If they still get full after 64x64 put a restriction tube + recycler or other destination. Or upgrade the barrel. I did both since two max sized quarries filled my 1024 cobble barrel. You'll probably want to really overclock the recycler though if you plan on going that route, I needed at least 8 overclockers.
