"Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers."

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Title "Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers."

Launcher Type Curse App

Modpack FTB infinity evolved and Sky factory 2.5

Modpack version 2.6.0

Have you modified the pack? No

Link to log file

Details of the issue When I went to play this morning it said "PLay offline" but it wouldnt launch when I clicked it. I logged out to try and fix it but now when I try to log in it says "Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure you are online and that minecraft is not blocked."
ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the moddpack, resetting my router and uninstalling and reinstalling java. None of this has helped.

Try adding it to your antivirus/firewall list of allowed apps. If those updated they may have changed those settings.
