Something, lag, i dont know, need help.

Hi guys, my ftb ultimate run fain, like 150+ fps, I have a good pc, i5 , 8 ram, gtx650, 1tb hdd. But suddenly once at 3-5 sec i got a kind of lag i dont know how to call it, minecraft remains blocked for 0.1 sec , but its rly annoying.
I got win 7 32x. Java and drivers are updated.

Vannila got the same problem.

One problem I see is: You need a 64x OS, otherwise your computer can only access 4GB of ram, thus making having 8GB of RAM pointless.

Well i think he meant the lag spike. That drops the fps down to 0 / 1 fps for 0 - 2 sec and then get back again to normal fps.

Well yeah try the 64x java and allocates the ram. It helps me before
