Bug Something Deleted Sky Factory 3 and all my worlds

I'm not sure how but I saved and exited from the world and left the launcher open because it takes like 5 minutes to load, and then later today, when I tried to get back on the Minecraft launcher, was closed all the other modpacks I had installed were deleted and then when I reinstalled Sky Factory and loaded it up my worlds were gone. Does anyone know how I can get my world Back?
