What is the bug? No recipe for the Mekanism Digital Miner, although it is enabled. Also there are a few Botania recipes missing like the recipe for Dayblooms.

There is no recipe for Dayblooms or Nightshades as Vazkii discontinued those flowers entirely. Check out his changelog page for all of the changes he's made recently. He's been updating Botania and Quark like 3-5 times a week for the last few weeks.
