I have save my world on survival with GregTech,that worth if i install any mod on my modpack that have oregen inside? Like AE2?
 
If GT correctly setuped and it supports that mods, then no new ores from mods, but GT will start generate own oredicted ores for that mods.
If GT does not support mods, then ores will generates.
But only in new chunks.
 
Will it generare some oreberries (TiC)?and charged certus quartz (AE2)?

As I know, there is no charged certus quartz ores, but simple certus quartz will be generates in GT-ore veins.
TiC ore will also generates in ore veins.
 
That any quartz from ae2 will be changed to gregtech quartz or no?

Yes, correctly setuped GT will start generat AE2 veins in World, and quartz veins in Hell. AE2 asteroids may turn on/off in AE2 config.
