Some help for the New N.E.I ? (Not Enough Items)

Hello

Primary, I recently update my FTB Launcher and new modpack have been added.
I play now with FTB Monster, But I'm totally lost in new options for N.E.I

I'd like for example put the magnet button when I'm on Utility. I check Option, and active...
The objects is here, all it's good... Except Magnet button, the waters selection, save (?)..

Press the global button at top right and make sure all the Cs on the right are darkened.
