Windows .exe SOLVED Strange lines over nearly everything

The last couple days there has been lines that highlight blocks, and there are also Xs over most of the flowers.

It mostly appears on mod blocks and trees, but it is on every thing at large distances.

I've gone through the basic troubleshooting guide and I'm still having the problem.

FTB Ultimate v1.1.2
Java version 7 64bit
Windows 7 64bit

Does it occur with optifine too?

It did. But I solved the problem a few hours ago. For some reason, the settings on my graphics card driver where reset. All I had to do was to turn off anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering. Now everything works great!
