[SOLVED] Speeding up tick duration

Some time ago, I saw a machine that can decrease the tick duration of adjacent blocks by the factor 256 (highest tier). This mod was not included in FTB Infinity, but I consider adding this mod.
Does anybody know this mod?

dunno about a machine but the Torcherino mod can do that for a variety of objects.

But I found what I saw: The Tile Accelerators from ChromatiCraft. Lets try them out in my world...
