Solved: MindCrack FTB crashes after 10 minutes

I am using the MindCrack FTB pack, after the recent update 8.01 the game starts having issues after about 10 minutes of playing. First the frame rate drops down to almost nothing, then it exits the main game and freezes on "shutting down internal server" screen.

Using the launcher I have it set to use 3GB of RAM. I've tried deleting and re-installing the mod pack.

The attached text file is the most recent ".log" file (I hope that's what I need to include for help).

I don't know if it's relevant but I have noticed that with the last two crashes the sun was setting/moon rising.

Well I discovered something. What ever is causing this issue it is ssp related. I downloaded the server files and ran a local server. Same world save, no problems what so ever. I guess I'll just have to run a local smp server for now...
