[SOLVED] MFFS 3 issue

Im using MFFS_v3.1.0.175 and for some reason whenever I turn on the force field, nothing happens. I thought it might be a mod conflict so to test this I went into the most current AMPZ pack and tried it out there and the same thing happened. To make sure I was doing everything correctly, I followed Direwolf20's spotlight about the mod and followed the same steps he did to set up my test. The only difference between his spotlight and either of my test setups is that his generated a force field while mine did not. Is there some new step that has been added to make the force field actually appear?

UPDATE: The issue is an incompatibility between MFFS 3 and ICBM. I'm not sure exactly what the issue was but it seems to be resolved now.

I've looked into this problem more and stripped back all of my mods to the bare minimum of NEI, IC2, and MFFS and it seems to work. I'm going to see if I can figure out which mod is causing the in compatibility
