Windows .exe Solved* - Low FPS - System Spec?

This may be the wrong place to post this, and if it is, please tell me where to post it or repost it if a mod. Thank you!

I have relatively low FPS (10-15) when I play FTB on my computer, but I can run almost every other game in high or ultra so I thought I would double-check on my specs to see if I'm doing something wrong. I'm assuming that FTB is just too intensive for my computer, but there's a slight chance that I screwed up the installation somehow I suppose.

I'm sorry if this is really incomplete (please tell me if I need to add some info), I'm a complete moron when it comes to stuff like this, but if you could let me know if my system should be able to run FTB or not I would really appreciate it!



SOLUTION: I discovered that it was just a problem with having FTB load using my integrated graphics instead of my GT540M. Just had to go into the NVIDIA control panel and change it.

Follow this guide exactly to install FTB. Here is a list of some suggestions for low FPS if you still do not get decent FPS. If you are still having issues with FPS you could post a console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link it here. This guide will help you get it.

I was scanning through my debug console just in case I could see something, and I noticed this;

"2013-05-27 12:10:48 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] [AppEng] LP Integration Disabled"

Is that important?

Again, I'm a complete noob at this stuff and am trying to learn. Sorreh.

Soooo...after more research I found out that FTB was running off of integrated graphics instead of my GT540M. I changed that so no I'm running at 40-60 fps. Perfectly acceptable. I don't know if I should delete this, or leave it here just in case someone else has a similar problem. If a mod knows which to do, please say so! Thanks!
