Windows .exe [Solved] Error when trying to download modpack.

I just got off the FTB ultimate pack, went to play another game, and when I came back I wanted to download another modpack, NONE of the modpacks will download. It says: downloading modpack, then before it's even started a pop up comes up with: "Error while downloading modpack!!!". I'm using the .exe launcher, I have windows 7 64 bit.
I've tried disabling my antivirus, but it's not blocking the downloads. I've tried to change servers but it only gives me the automatic option and "switch to site: n", the rest I cant read. I've put the launcher in a new folder and have changed the directory to "Program files". I've also tried force updating but it does the same thing. And I've reinstalled the launcher several times, even tried the .jar version.
Also: If I changed to the "switch site: n" server, it would launch vanilla minecraft.

Update: I tried downloading a modpack on my old computer and it did the same thing, I think it might be the servers?

This is to rule out any issues with your setup. Please also read the extra info at the bottom of the guide, and apply all applicable suggestions.
Please attempt to launch the modpack, and open a new world save to make sure the setup is correct.
Now, continue on to check your previous saves, changes to the pack, textures, etc. until you're able to reproduce the error with the clean setup.

No, it's likely your antivirus.

Ok when i restarted my computer, then disabled the antivirus a second time it worked. I think my computer just needed a restart, thanks for the help
