I've seen items from this mod in NEI, a lot of them look intriguing but most seem to have no crafting recipe.

What is this? What does it do? Can I have a cookie?

It's a piss take mod by Spitefulfox (I think? ) it's supposed to be a comment on how ridiculous it can get to balance stupidity broken powerful items. The actual mod it's self provides invincibility armor and super strong unbreakable weapons.
This is balanced somehow because you need millions of millions of materials.

Most of the modpacks disable the broken powerful items however which is why you'll see no recipe. They use it only for the Dire Crafting Table because they want to make a very complicated recipe that requires more than 9 items and don't want to have to make custom sub-items.

Depends if the items are enabled/disabled and if you're playing IE Expert mode or not
