Doesn't fortune effect sapling drop chance now? (1.5/1.6 update)

I'm not sure. I think that bdoubleo used a fortune axe on a tree with a low drop chance, and he got a considerably larger amount of saplings.

I didn't know this was a thing but I did get MUCH more dyes from a dye tree I found with my TiC max luck pick then anything else... Just thought it was a weird bug with the dye trees and TiC together.

Doesn't the thaumcraft grafter make every block drop a sapling? Its not that expensive either if I remember correctly.

I'll retest, because something I was using dropped a sapling every time I broke a silverwood leaf block. It definitely happened, if only in DW20 1.0.12. I thought it pecurliar at the time but the silverwoods are less powerful in TC4.
