This happened to me too! I jumped up with MPS to escape a creeper, and all of a sudden the ground disappeared and I could see all my piping and wiring laid out in the ground as well as everything in my basement. It was so awesome I stood still and kept on looking down until the creeper I ignored blew up and destroyed my animal farm. But I definitely did not get this awesome spinning wheel of nodes.
