...was extremely disappointed by one thing. It doenst have ThermalExpansion. Why is this?

That is a very good question.. TE should be in the pack. It's a tech mod and the latest version is just so good (tesseracts are <3 )

Yeah, I love Tessereracts too. I was just wondering why a tech mod isnt in the tech pack :(

I added it to the pack manually for the time being, hoping it was an oversight. Maybe it's not in it cause it's also in the Magic Pack, but that wouldn't make sense. Not to mention that technically, the Magic Pack doesn't need it for ore doubling anymore, with TC3 having the elemental pickaxe giving those clusters that double up the bars.
