Basically, in 1.5 I bred every single bee species available and all that jazz. Alvearies fully automated with AE etc etc

I haven't touched them in 1.6.4 until now, given the unbelievable handiness of Magical Crops, so now I have a few questions about the new things.

1. Pristine/Ignoble stock. I get that this basically decides whether queens will continue to produce princesses or not, but is there anything of this carried in the drone? Say I have a pristine princess and an ignoble princess, and I use the ignoble princess to provide breeding stock...if I then use those drones with my pristine princess, is there a chance it'll contaminate it with ignoble genes?

2. Gendustry, just how quick is an industrial apiary with 8 production upgrades? Is it a better option for massive production than an alveary with silly numbers of frames?

Don't worry about the drones, they don't contaminate your pristine princesses. You use the ignoble princesses to create drones, use those drones to get a pristine princess of those kinds. Or just skip the ignoble princesses, I usually void them unless im short in pristine ones.

I'm not sure about the actual values between an Alveary with frames and the industrial apiary. I do know that the industrial apiray is quite good for production and from what i've heard at least on par with an Alveary. It just uses power.
